Full house rewiring, extra circuits for heavy appliances and tidy concealed runs done in proper conduit with correctly sized cable.

Wiring is the part of an electrical installation nobody sees and everybody depends on. Whether you are rewiring a twenty-year-old flat in Adajan, adding a dedicated line for a new air conditioner, or wiring a shop fit-out from bare walls, the work has to be done with the right cable size, proper conduit and honest terminations.
Most of our rewiring work happens in flats where the family is still living. We plan it room by room so you are never left without light and power overnight, and we agree in advance which days the noisy chasing work happens.
Chasing walls creates dust, so we sheet up and clear as we go. What we cannot do is leave the plaster and paint finished — that is a civil job — but we keep the chases neat and consistent so the making-good is straightforward for whoever does it.
A modern Indian home draws far more than the one it replaced. Air conditioners in two or three rooms, a geyser, an induction hob, a washing machine and a growing pile of chargers all pull on the same board.
We split those loads onto separate circuits so a kitchen appliance cannot take out the bedroom lights, size the cable for the real load rather than the minimum, and leave spare ways on the board so the next addition does not mean starting again.
Not every job needs a full rewire. Often the board and main runs are sound and only a few circuits need attention — a new AC point in a bedroom, power taken to a balcony or terrace, a modular switchboard replacing a crowded old one, or a shop counter that needs its own supply.
We are happy to do that scale of work and will tell you honestly when a patch is sensible and when you are better off replacing a whole run rather than joining onto cable that is already tired.
Joints hidden inside a wall are a common cause of intermittent faults years later. Where a joint is unavoidable we put it in an accessible junction box, never buried in plaster.
Warning signs
Wiring installed decades ago is often aluminium or has insulation that has gone hard and cracks when disturbed. It cannot safely carry the load a modern flat draws.
An installation still full of unearthed two-pin points was designed for a much lighter load and offers no earth path for modern appliances.
If an AC, geyser or microwave lives permanently on an extension lead, that circuit needs extending properly rather than patching.
Questions
A typical 2BHK flat takes roughly four to seven working days depending on how much is concealed, how accessible the ceilings are, and whether the distribution board is being replaced at the same time. We give you a day-by-day plan before starting.
We cut and refill chases so the surface is level, but final plaster finishing and painting are civil work. If you have a mason or painter we coordinate with them; if not we can tell you what to ask for.
Usually yes, provided the existing board has a spare way and the incoming supply can take the extra load. We check both before quoting rather than assuming.
Multi-strand copper cable from established brands, sized to the circuit. We are happy to tell you exactly what is going into your walls and to show you the packaging before it is installed.
