Palanpur sits directly between our base in Pal and the western edge of the city, which makes it one of the easiest areas for us to reach. It is also one of the most mixed: Palanpur Gam still has its village street pattern, while the schemes off Palanpur Patia are barely a decade old.

That mix means we carry different spares depending on which end of Palanpur a call comes from. An old gam property and a new tower flat rarely need the same thing.
In Palanpur Gam we mostly work on houses that have been extended over generations. Wiring has been added floor by floor, sometimes by different hands, and the board rarely reflects what is actually connected to it. Our first job in these properties is usually to work out what feeds what — and to label it, so the next person does not have to.
The newer development around Palanpur Patia is a different job entirely. Here the wiring is modern but minimal: builder-standard point counts, boards with no spare capacity, and often no RCCB. Adding circuits and protection during the fit-out phase is far cheaper than doing it after the interiors are finished.
Work we do in Palanpur
Older Palanpur houses where nobody knows which breaker does what. We map the board, label every way, and hand over a written circuit list.
New schemes handed over without dedicated circuits for heavy appliances. We add them properly rather than spurring off the nearest available point.
Outdoor and stairwell lighting for row houses, with weather-rated fittings and two-way switching that actually works from both ends.
New floors added to existing houses need their own sub-board and a proper feed, not an extension of the ground-floor circuits.

Yes, and the whole stretch between them. Both are within our regular working area from Pal.
Yes. An added floor should have its own sub-board fed properly from the main, not circuits extended upward from below. We do it that way as standard.
That is a standard job for us. We map every circuit, label the board, and give you a written list to keep.
