Vesu is one of the newest and most built-up parts of Surat, and the work here reflects that. Tall towers, gated schemes and larger apartments along the VIP Road corridor bring a different brief from the older parts of the city.

The wiring is usually modern. What people call us for instead is everything layered on top of it: decorative lighting, heavy fittings that need proper anchoring, and installations being adapted for how a large flat is actually lived in.
Vesu apartments tend to be larger than the city average, often with double-height living areas or generous ceiling heights. That changes the job: chandeliers need genuine structural anchoring rather than a plug in the ceiling, and access for installation and future cleaning has to be planned rather than improvised.
Interiors here are also more elaborate. Cove and profile lighting, multiple switching layers, dimmers on nearly everything, and drivers that need to be accessible after the ceiling is closed. Getting the driver locations right at installation is what stops a service call turning into ceiling surgery two years later.
The other recurring theme is lighting control. Larger flats accumulate a lot of switches, and rationalising them — two-way switching, sensible grouping, scene switching where it genuinely helps — makes a big difference to how the home feels.
Work we do in Vesu
Heavy fittings anchored into structural slab and levelled with access arranged properly. This is regular work for us in Vesu.
Strip runs planned with the false-ceiling team, drivers placed where they can be reached, and dimmers matched so nothing flickers.
Flickering or buzzing LED fittings after an interior fit-out. Usually the dimmer type, and usually fixable without touching the ceiling.
Large flats with confusing switch banks. We regroup, add two-way switching and label so the layout matches how the rooms are used.

Yes, regularly. We assess the slab, set a proper anchor and arrange safe access for both the installation and future cleaning.
Usually, and usually without opening the ceiling. Flickering after a fit-out is almost always a dimmer and driver mismatch.
Roughly an hour from Pal depending on the time of day. We give you a realistic estimate on the call rather than an optimistic one.
